Description:
Deep Rest is a thoughtfully curated herbal tea blend designed for your evening wind-down ritual. This caffeine-free infusion features the calming floral notes of chamomile, lavender, and lemon balm, complemented by the grounding earthiness of valerian root and skullcap. Holy basil adds a naturally sweet, mellow finish for a smooth and comforting cup.

Flavor Profile:
Mildly sweet and floral with a soft, earthy finish. Chamomile and lavender offer gentle floral tones, while valerian root provides depth. Notes of lemon balm, skullcap, and holy basil bring a balanced complexity.

Brewing Instructions:
Hot Brew: Use 1 heaping tsp per 8 oz of just-boiled water. Cover and steep for 10–12 minutes. Strain and enjoy 30–60 minutes before your bedtime routine.
Cold Brew: Use 1 tbsp per 8 oz water. Steep in the refrigerator for 8–10 hours. Strain and serve chilled.
Optional: Add a touch of raw honey or a cinnamon stick for natural sweetness.
