Deep Rest Herbal Sleep Tea Blend
Ingredients: Valerian Root, Lavender, Chamomile, Skullcap, Lemon Balm, Holy Basil
A calming herbal infusion made for winding down in the evening. Chamomile, lavender, and lemon balm offer floral warmth, while valerian root and skullcap bring earthy depth. Holy basil rounds out the blend with a hint of sweetness, making this a soothing nightcap to help you relax after a long day.
Flavor Profile:
Mildly sweet and floral with a soft, earthy finish. Chamomile and lavender offer calming floral notes, while valerian bring a slightly bitter, grounding base softened by lemon balm, skullcap and holy basil.
Brewing Instructions:

Hot Brew:
Use 1 heaping tsp per 8 oz cup. Steep in just-boiled water for 10–12 minutes, covered. Strain and sip 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
Optional: Add raw honey or a cinnamon stick for extra warmth. -
Cold Brew:
Use 1 tbsp per 8 oz water. Steep in the fridge for 8–10 hours. Strain and enjoy chilled in the evening.
